You Don’t Get Me High Anymore music video by Phantogram

Phantogram have released a new music video for “You Don’t Get Me High Anymore” off their upcoming album THREE and it is another sign it will be quite the album. Phantogram formed in Saratoga Springs, New York in 2007 and blend electronica, trip hop, and dreampop with elements of witch house and grave wave.

The video for “You Don’t Get Me High Anymore” illustrates the lyrics of the song with quick clips of eye candy ranging from motorcycle tricks to fetishes. “Used to take one, now it’s takes four.” Sometimes vices spiral out of control and it’s never enough. The video and song also talk to the numbing effect of today’s over the top world. “Walk with me to the end, stare with me into the abyss. Do you feel like letting go? I wonder how far down it is.”
