It’s getting warmer out and you need a versatile skirt to get you through the season. The fishnet skirt by Iron Fist is comfy and relaxed so you can feel good about wearing a skirt more often because with this skirt it will be easy. This skirt can pair with many things in your wardrobe. One, it’s black so it will go with most anything, but its fishnet texture keeps it from being plain. Two, it can be casual paired with a t-shirt or tank top. Three, it can be dressy paired with a soft blouse or lacy camisole. Four, it can go to the beach as a great cover up for a swimsuit. The list goes on…

Feb/March Issue Look : In this fun and flirty take on the theme, with a dress by Too Fast, we embrace many forms of death in many skeleton animals, even skeletal unicorns! Pair that with some charm and sass from Frills & Morbidity with their Portrait of the Dead Necklace or the Skeleton Charm Bracelet. Both must-haves to dress up any death-loving femme fatale.
Too Fast Animal Skeleton Dress and Iron Fist heels paired with Portrait of the Dead Necklace and Skeleton Charm Bracelet both by Frills & Morbidity and Moon Raven Designs Oxidized Metal Raven Skull Pendant.
Alternate Look 1 : Looking for a little more sexy, enough to drop ‘em dead? The Kreepsville Skeleton Tunic Dress will hug your body in all the right places. Can’t seem to get enough skulls? Thankfully there are designers such as Moon Raven Designs, who are creating by hand, beautiful art skulls in all forms of metal. And Skullery, who are taking taxidermy to the next level, and creating replicas with as much detail and strength as the real deal.

Alternate Look 2 : A maiden doesn’t always have to be in a dress. Take Mady Bone Design custom Skeleton Leggings and pair with a fun and friendly little Grim Reaper Tee by Sick On Sin and Too Fast’s Monster Fur jacket. Death isn’t sure if he should mess with this version of the maiden at all.

Here is a little sneak peek at Iron Fist’s fall/winter 2011 collection, due to drop later this month, through a behind the scenes video of their latest photoshoot for the collection. I am excited to see winter coats in this collection! The highly Edward-esque male model, which will fit perfectly for the November release of film four in the Twilight series, and the overall styling of this shoot show that Iron Fist will be continuing down the path of more fashion forward and trend conscious styling while still offering up the bold, in-your-face prints and designs they are known for.
Jessica Brown was the winner of our Iron Fist Digi Skull Boots giveaway back in the spring. As a model, hair stylist, and makeup artist, she did a photoshoot modeling the boots and sent them to us. We are excited to share them with you!

Iron Fist Clothing really stole my tiki obsessed heart with the Tiki Toes Platform Heels. These heels will bring the marvelous kitsch factor to any summer dress, whilst you sip on a Mai Tai. The grass skirt detail on the back of the shoes is my favorite detail, as I secretly want to be a hula dancer! Iron Fist never ceases to make me smile and these shoes will be on my feet in…3…2…1…TIKI!
